| People in Manchester are being given the chance to eat more healthily thanks to a free cookery course.
The seven week Cookery and Healthy Living Course will cover portion sizes, health and diet, cookery skills, food labelling and more. Attendees will also have the chance to gain a level 1 qualification from the Royal Society for Public Health.
The course will run every Tuesday from 11 September to 23 October 2012 at the below address:

| Sessions will run from 10.00am to 12.30pm.
The course is open to anyone living in Manchester and is ideal for beginners who want to learn the essentials of good cooking and become more confident in the kitchen.
